woke up from a dream one morning in april with two lines of a hook playing in my head. i sleepily recorded the melody on my iphone. it was in portuguese. i don't speak portuguese.

months later in the studio, i wanted to make a song with baile funk vibes so i played the voice memo to a translation app and found out that not only was it in ACTUAL portuguese, not gibberish like i had thought, but it was lyrically in line with the rest of the music i write. so we made this song with the portuguese hook from the dream. enjoy!
